Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within [3-4] business days after receiving payment. Unless your order contains a Preorder item, in which case, can take up to 4 to 6 weeks to complete. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options within Australia:

Standard Shipping: Delivery in [3–7] business days after dispatch.

Express Shipping: Delivery in [1–3] business days after dispatch (where available). International Shipping: We currently ship to all countries. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. If wanting to combine postage, please email and let us know and we can refund the excess postage cost.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes for some services. Please check your address details before placing your order. Some products may be restricted in certain areas due to local regulations.

Tracking & Shipping Confirmation

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available. Please ensure your address is correct as once a package is shipped we cannot redirect it.

Missing or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within [7–14] days of the expected delivery date. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue.

International Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

Delivery Attempts

If no one is home and your package is returned to us, you will be required to pay postage for the package to be sent back. If an international package is returned the price may vary depending on the country to have your package returned. Any incorrect addresses at checkout that are not rectified prior to shipping out, will be up to the customer to pay shipping once the package as been returned to us.
