1. Consumer Guarantees
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if a product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose. This applies regardless of any store policy.
2. Change of Mind
If you change your mind about your purchase and the product is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange (excluding shipping costs), subject to our discretion and product availability.
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a return, refund, or replacement as appropriate.
